| B-B-Que Sauce
Matchew's Bar-B-Que Sauce-
*3 TB SP vegetable oil
*1/2 tsp black pepper
*1 medium onion (minced)
*1-3 TB SP cheyenne pepper
*1/2 cp ketchup
*1/2 tsp liquid smoke
*1/2 cp tomato sauce
*1 tsp dry mustard
*1-2 garlic cloves (minced)
*3-5 TB SP dark brown sugar
*3-5 Tb SP cider vinegar
*2 TB SP mustard
*1-2 TB SP lemon juice
*1/2-1 CUP Water (more water=thinner sauce)
*2-3 TB SP molasses
*1-2 tsp HOT SAUCE
*3-4 TB SP worcestershire sauce
*1-3 TB SP Orange Juice
*1 TB SP garlic powder
*1 TB SP onion salt
-cook the minced onion,garlic,onion salt,garlic powder,orange juice, and oil for about 5 minutes (just to soften in up (don't brown it!)
-add the rest in :starting with the ketchup, tomato sauce, and water.
-simmer for about 15-20 minutes
-keep it in a mason jar or the like and it will stay good for a few weeks |
