Complaint Purchased meal to go. When opened bread box, a roach was baked into the bread. Called back and spoke to manager - said he would give them a comp meal. She stated she wanted her money back not a meal. He said there was nothing he could do then. She went back to the restaurant she noticed roaches all over the place. The manager said they had been closed for a roach infestation and had sprayed.

Investigation Start Date 06/17/2005
InvestigationHistory 6/13/05 Had Ecolab come out to threat. Will have Ecolab come out on 6/18/05. Afterward will come every two weeks until no longer have roaches. Suggested cleaning several times a week. Do bake own bread.
