Wings

For 8-10 lbs of wings

6 Tablespoons Salt
4 Teaspoons Pepper
5 Teaspoons Dry Mustard
4 Teaspoons Chili Powder
4 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
2 Teaspoons Paprika
4 Teaspoons Lemon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
and if you like them really spicy
4 Teaspoons Crushed Pepper Flakes

Combine all spices in a bowl and mix well. Rinse and Drain Wings. Pat dry and portion if needed. I like to dredge my wings in the spice, but you can just dust them if you dont like your wings that spicy. I I prefer to grill my wings. If you can brave the weather, then I suggest that. Otherwise you can fry them or bake them in a oven at 350 degrees.
