I say demo everything but the French Quarter. Good people have been fleeing NO for years because of the large welfare population. Who wants to deal with all that crime, much less send your kids to school with them. Guess what happens when they're the majority, they elect their own to public office. I hope it changes for the better, but it is doubtful.
