| I honestly have not kept up with Mississippi politics in a long time. I mostly pay attention to the politics affecting the A-76 decision on base because that is the program that has kept me here for so long. We are on a 30 day public appeal wait and if that goes through with flying colors, we should know approximately when we get orders out of here shortly after that. The transition period won't be until at least next spring but it is better than not knowing.
I should read up on Mississippi politcs more since I am from here but I am kind of lazy when it comes to that.
I do admire those like yourself who get involved with local politics and try to make a difference. |
