To go off on a tangent, political correctness (liberal invention) is already running amock in society by keeping you from saying certain words (newspeak from 1984 Orwell) because someone may be offended. Mikael, this comment is not directed at you personally, I am only making an observation. You mention the "N-word" in your post. In my opinion, that is newspeak. Don't say nigger because someone may be offended. In my humble opinion, the use of the word nigger is only offensive if it is directed at someone or a group. To steal from your post "Kind of like how Dave Chappel can say nigger..." Now what is offensive about that? One is only making the observation that Chappel uses the word on his show. My whole point here is that Orwellian newspeak is taking place under our very noses and we are not recognizing it. Isiah Washington went to rehab, FRIEKEN REHAB, because he used the word faggot. Are you kidding me?!?!?! I agree that directing the words nigger and faggot at someone is vile and disgusting. (Well, if the guy is gay then it's mean. But if he's straight then it's funny) But what I disagree with is words like that be "off limits" no matter that the circumstance. That is newspeak in it's purest form! It starts small folks. First it's these words. Then another group will say they are offending by a word or phrase and we can't say that anymore. Where does it stop?
