The money is better spent fighting the Islamo-fascists in Iraq. Billions of dollars have already been alocated for New Orleans, and yet things haven't i improved. Frankly, after the re-election of Ray school bus Nagin, that town deserves everything it gets. If they need more money, maybe they better go check William Jefferson's freezer. Politics in Lousiana is so corrupt and has been that way for years. If the politicians would actually put the money to good use instead of lining their own pockets with it, maybe things wouldn't be so bad.
