We might be heading for a "global world depression" by summer, but people have been saying we are heading for a depression every since Bush took office. I wouldn't believe everything I read. I'm not saying that everything is fine and dandy in the world. It's all fucked up that's for sure. I just disagree with your opinions...you are entitled to them just as I am entitled to mine. That doesn't mean your opinion is right....just as it doesn't mean mine is right either. We should be drilling for oil in our own country, but the left doesn't want to do that. Until we can reduce our dependency on oil, we will be run by oil companies. Alternate fuels are years and years away. The oil companies have been running things well before George Bush was in office...nothing has changed. It doesn't matter who the president in office is, gas prices will be placed the way the oil companies want them to be.
