| People like to blame Bush for high oil prices. I did, too. Then I found out that Clinton is the one who signed the bill to make it easier for oil companies to merge and monopolize the market.
As for the war, I really don't see any way to avoid it. It hasn't been proven, but, I believe Iraq would eventually have been a threat to the U.S. How the war was handled, that's another story.
