what did you guys do for packaging, Alex?

I guess insert booklets are a little more tricky with digi's too, you have to either have a slot or have them attached to the 'sleeve.'

I saw one package I really liked, but it's quite expensive, I'm sure.
It's a small, bound book with a CD-tray mounted to the back leaf. It's pretty much the same size as most CD cases.
Of course, you'd need enough art or written material to merit the book part, but I really dig that layout; very cool!
