New to the Miss gulf coast, live in Gulfport. I'm searching for a band looking for a singer or one looking to add another guitar player that can sing. Don't care about being the frontman/lead singer...I just want to play.

About me...31, full-time job (and then some), 15 years experience playing live music, originally from Baton Rouge so most experience is with covers but I have originals as well.

My musical tastes are everywhere on the spectrum...I like to listen to and play music with soul and rhythm to it. I'm pretty open to all music types...

What I don't like (and don't do well) is metal or heavy rock...think Pearl Jam, Better Than Ezra, etc from early 90's and that's about as hard rock as I like to play. I'm not a screamer/yeller/whatever it's called.

What I'm looking for is a band to play 3-4 gigs per month...I'm willing to travel some to weekend gigs, but I'm not looking to quit my job to "try and make it". I play music for the sheer enjoyment, and I'm very dedicated and passionate about it, but I'm realistic. Now, if I joined a band that was that good, I wouldn't complain...

I hope that doesn't narrow it down too much...I'm very laid back. Promise. I just want to be as specific as possible in the interest of preventing time wasting. If you are interested, give me a holler...
