1. You only have compassion for those who agree with you. You've been calling me a racist for three weeks now and can't site ONE DAMN statement I've made that was racist. All of this bacuase I had the nerve to disagree with your asssine position.
2. Shit in one hand, love the other and see which fills up first. If you don't have answers that is fine but you must at least have some IDEAS!!! I guess stating them would take too much time away from your namecalling.

Clockwork, if we allowed EVERY poor person on planet earth who was willing to work to come here we'd have roughly 3 BILLION people vying to get in. It doesn't take John Maynard Keyes (a prominent economist since you seem ignorant of economics) to realize that WE can't afford it. There is absolutely NOTHING racist about pointing out those facts and if I were such a big racist you'd think you'd be able to find at least ONE RACIST QUOTE from me. You can't (I CHALLENGE you to prove me wrong) but don't let that stop you.

Furthermore, you ARE asking that we spend OUR money. Look at health care for example. EVERY SINGLE working or insured American is PAYING some of their money (in the form of premiums or taxes) to pay for health care for illegals. And you say we are racist if we dare complain about it??? That is OUR money and you ARE advocating that we be FORCED to spend it on lawbreakers.

I also love how I should be deported for having the NERVE to express the opinion that we should ENFORCE immigration law. You don't want to deport those breaking the immigration law ONLY those who point it out!! Yeah, there's typical liberal "logic" for you!!!


Clockster, you know damn well that the original line was "I don't HATE Mexicans. I hate illegals". I may have misstyped when I quoted myself the 2nd time but the first quote is still at the beginning of this thread and surely even you could see that the statement is CLEARLY not racist. But don't let that stop you either man!!

So Clockwork you are supporting MY POSITION now? Damn near EVERY illegal in this country is stealing identity or benefits!!! If not, they would not be able to stay. Your side, and your former position, was that we should allow them to stay. So how do we PUNISH equally (you and I would be subject to up to two years in prison and a $2,500 fine) when you want to GIVE them citizenship. But then in your second sentence you say you wouldn't offer citizenship to anyone who came to this country and stole. Well hells bells man, I'm confused!!! Which is it? Do you want to punish the thieves (and certainly even you must admit that every single WORKING illegal is by definition a thief since he has to steal identity in order to work here) or give them citizenship. Please clarify and since I know you can't resist I'll even take a few more "labels" if that is what it takes to make you feel good about your lack of an argument!!!

Oh and while you are clarifying and thinking of new epiteths to sling my way consider this. Big business supports illegal immigration because they are able to exploit illegals. They can pay them much less, make them work in unsafe conditions etc and not worry because the illegal won't go to the law. Basically Big Business wants to go back to a time BEFORE unions, minimum wages, 8-hour workdays, OSHA and all the other programs LIBERALS have typically SUPPORTED. If the border is not secured this trend will accelerate.

SO.... do you favor keeping a permanent slave-wage underclass that CAN'T defend itself against employers? If not, then you must secure that border!!!

So Clockster, get out your thesaurus (a fancy book with a list of synonyms for a lot of words), find you some other similiarly non-relevant and unsupported names to call me (racist is so cliched man) and answer the following questions.

1. Should we secure the border for national security reasons (don't want to see a mushroom cloud over Los Angelos)?

or

2. Should we leave the border open and if so how are we going to pay for it?
