Matchew, I'm opening myself up to all kinds of criticism but I'll tell you.

Drive-by media is a term Rush Limbaugh coined to describe the mainstream media (ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, New York Times etc). He said the media drives by, fires their bullets into the victim and then moves on. A good example was the Richard Jewel Atlanta bombing at the 96 olympics. The drive-by's pretty much convicted Mr Jewell in the press and were nowhere when he was exonnerated. They often blare a headline and when it is proven false bury the correction on page a-17.

I know you guys hate Limbaugh but his phrase "drive-by" media is accurate and that is why I use it.
