Well, in keeping the spririt of the thread...

And not exactly "bar-b-que" related...

When grilling cheeseburgers:

Season your burgers as you nomally do.
Throw 'em on the fire.
Cook as you normally would.

Now the important part:

When the burgers are ready to remove from the grill:

Put a slice of cheese on each burger.
Put the top of the bun on the cheese
Put the bottom of the bun on the top bun (right side up)
Close the lid for roughly one minute
Open the lid, slide the spat under the burger with one hand
While lifting off the bottom bun with the other hand
Lift the burger off the grill (with the cheese and top bun)
Place the bottom bun on under the spat
Slide the spat out
Set burger on plate

And most important, use charcoal briquets. NO PROPANE
