| There just isn't enough disposable income on the coast to sustain any kind of original music scene. 1) Musicians, generally don't have a lot of money to invest in their career.
2) Fans just don't have the money to pay a cover,and buy overpriced drinks for either a band they've never heard of-or they see all the time.
The kids doing all ages shows-that's where it's at.
