OK dumbasses let me help you out. ANY evidence which tends to cast doubt on a defendant's guilt is called "exculpatory evidence". ANY decent first year law student can tell you that the US Supreme court decision in Brady v Maryland held that ANY EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE in the DA's possession MUST be turned over to the defense. THAT IS THE CURRENT LAW OF THE LAND and convictions can be overturned on just ONE INSTANCE of this, so hell yes it is HIGHLY UNETHICAL. But of course you are the same people who were calling for the lacrosse team's head BEFORE you knew jackshit about what had happened so highly unethical is probably NORMAL foryou!!!!
