So these idiots decide to rob a homosexual because he's be "easier to rob".

So basically even the hatecrime Nazis are admitting that hate crime laws don't require hate. In fact hate crime law merely serve to increase the penalty based on the political beliefs of the victim.

So what's next? How about "Democrat crime" legislation that would double the penalties for any crime committed against a liberal democrat?

Yeah, that fits in real well with the 14th amendment which guarantees equal protection under the law doesn't it??
