I'm not a fan of onboard digi-FX- it's just one more thing that can fail and they're usually not great quality, but that's not a bad-looking board.
One thing that's a nice feature as you grow and your monitoring needs evolve is a 'B-mix' capability. It allows you to create a separate mix from what's going to your main outputs and send it where you want it (headphones, drummer's monitor, etc.) Looks like you could use the aux loops on that Yammy to do this if you ever needed a second mix.
Let me check with Tony and Kevin today; I think we may have a board or two at the studio that we don't use anymore. We've been planning on having a 'studio/garage-sale' to empty out our storage room.
