from my western point of view, of course. with my western mind, im totally against martyrdom...i dont understand it, i dont agree with it, but if i was raised in the middle east as a muslim, it wouldve been drilled into my head that die for allah would be a great act of heroism and myself along with anyone that i brought with me would be gauranteed a spot in heaven. as a westerner, i find the eating of dogs to be absolutly horrible...if i was raised in korea, it would be normal and delicious. 2 totally different extremes i know, but if i were raised in these other countries with these other mindsets than what i have as a westerner, it wouldnt be any different to me than when i walk across the street to get a hamburger. now once one of these people becomes an american citizen, they must obey the laws of our land and culture.
