| -Squeeze lemon over the fish
-Spice to flavor
-Put some butter and oil in a pan (for the fish to cook in)
**fish should not be submerged in the oil......just coat the pan a good bit.
-throw the fish on top
-Bake in the oven at like 350 or so.

The main thing is that the fish stay a little wet and the oil & butter will do that for you.
More butter = more flavor = more fat (go figure) |
