| If Iran continues to shake its stick at Israel-they would seriously regret it, to put it lightly. Regardless of where you stand on the Israeli/Palestinian issue, you have to recognize that little county's might. They obliterated the military's of Egypt, Jordan, and Syria in almost no time ('67 I think). They also bombed Iraq's nuclear facility back in the '80's stopping their progress cold.
My point is: We may not have to deal with Iran at all. Israel would be more than ready to do it if they were threatened. But, another war in the region at this point would sap our oil-dependant economy to the point of putting us in a severe depression-and no one wants that.
