If you read the article you'll see that this is a bigger thing than just Wal-Mart. Looks like it is spurred by the terms of the medical insurers.

You might want to look at your own health insurance's terms, as you could be subject to the same thing. If you get hurt, better have your lawyer go for enough to pay back your insurance company AND take care of you, or you'll probably get screwed.
