Anyone have a super-fire recipe,I have one and it's okay,but I want excellence with this.I'm preparing it for a hot,hot date this weekend.The menu is as follows...

Aromas and flavors of apple, pear, honeydew melon, creme brulee and lemon zest, with hints of mineral on a crisp finish.

APPETIZERS:Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms
