My question is if they can't live within so many miles of a high school, why is it ok for them to live within a quarter mile of a college that has a ratio of 5:1 freshmen living in those dorms? Freshmen are usually 18 years old.
The law should be changed. Period. SCHOOLS period including colleges should be safe from these disgusting men. |
