So a guy in Salem on Halloween decides to do some "street preaching". Now obviously this isn't the first guy I'd invite to my Halloween party but he was in a PUBLIC space, he was not inciting violence, and just down the street a group of revelers were DOING THE SAME THING HE WAS except for the contents of their message. They were also speaking publicly using a megaphone.
