...may they rest in peace. I loved that damn team! I am glad Pensacola and Biloxi retained their teams though. Ice Pilots -vs- Mysticks was always a heated rivalry and fun to watch.

The only professional sports team Mobile would support would be the University of Alabama (if it was possible to make that team a pro team, and if they would actually play in Mobile). Hell, poll half of the citizens in Mobile and they probably think Alabama is a pro team (or they were, when the "Bear" was around).

The Baybears do fairly well though.

Oh, and to answer your question, no, I do not know where they rent skates. The Wharf in Orange Beach had ice skating, but I do not know for how long or if they rented skates.
