Those are nice amps. I'm sure people know, but it's the top of the line Valvestate head. 4 channels, built-in digital effects processor with multi-buton footswitch to control it all. The 12AX7 preamp tube really warms it up for an amp with a solid state power section. Very versatile and powerful amp!
I had an old Valvestate 8040 112 combo yars ago and it had a very tubelike response for a SS/hybrid amp. If bnot for the fact that it was only 40 watts and no external speaker output I would still have that amp. I find myself broke at the moment but that's a good amp and reasonable price, and the 412 cabinet is a great deal!
