You won't hear much from me anymore.
I might join in on some banter.
I have moved on to adult contemporary.

I have decided that this place, and the internet a waste of time to get people come to our gigs.
Fan base... I have one, I'll continue to build mine up the old fashioned way. Earn it.
The internet as a whole is great for some musicians, its not worth my time.
I let my fingers do the talking and if you happen to be there, you will like the music, because I am "slightly" sbove average.
If you come to see me play you are my friend and or respect me and my abilities.

You can hate me just to hate me.
I don't care.

Don't put your eggs in one basket. If you are promoting your gigs chances of getting somebody from this message board to support you is slim.
Its good to network, make friends, and have fun talking with everybody.
Promotion...ehhh try all you want to.
I'll still post our gigs here.

In my opinion this is what is wrong with the "young music scene".

If you support the scene because you go see so and so clone band because they have hot women go see them in droves. You are NOT supporting the scene. You are trying to satisfy you sexual needs.
The clone band usuaully sounds like everything else out there. They are good at what they do, but are they worth seeing every weekend? NOPE!
The women go see them because they think the guys in the band are hot. They are NOT supporting the scene either.

SUPPORT THE SCENE GO SEE A DIFFERENT BAND EVERY WEEK!
