Yeah, I've done my fair share. One we came in third to a band I really respected (who finished second) and the first place band was some Mobile dinosaurs that win everything. So out of 100 or so bands we didn't do too shabby. Another one I don't think we got a fair shake, the judges used the words "great","entertaining" and "green","new". I knew we were screwed because of our "new" band status. Some other Mobile dinosaurs won.
It is the same old, same old, popularity contest, but what can you do?
