| You're right, there are two other women mentioned in the article, and she is the one being singled out. I don't know if the rule is aimed at her or not, but I do know she draws a lot of criticism. She has brought more publicity to the sport, probably more mainstream pop-culture -vs- hardcore racing fan... but I am sure more money has been brought in.
My grandfather use to build and own stock cars locally, and some of the things that they did and conflicts that rose from certain situations are pretty amusing. If you do not like cars going in a circle, the pit area is for you, that is where all the conflicts arise. |
