I've been saying it so much that I sound like a broken record but once again LIBERALS ARE NOT FOR FREE SPEECH UNLESS THEY AGREE WITH IT!!! If a liberal disagrees then the speech moves from protected expression to HATE speech.
I can not overstate the HATRED liberals have of free speech!!!

And the article above is just the latest in literally HUNDREDS of examples. This school has several professors who have cartoons on their doors. Most of the professors have cartoons bashing Bush. No problem there.

But then egad a CONSERVATIVE (much rarer in academia than an albino alligator) has the nerve to put up a few cartoons of his own. I personally love the muslim one as well as the "few thoughts about Iraq" one. Suddenly someone (anonymous of course because he/she is too much a pussy to actually stand up and be counted) gets "offended". And now the professor has been ordered to take the cartoons down or be fired.

He has sued to enforce his first amendment rights. I'm not a lawyer and don't play one on TV although I AM currently studying the First Amendment in a Constitutional Law class. I generally speaking DON'T give legal advice.

BUT this has to be the most open and shut 1st amendment case I have EVER heard of. If this case were to even make it past summary judgment for the plaintiff (professor) then someone ought to think of impeaching the judge for INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!!
