The Palestinian officials quoted Carter stating Arafat was a "peace fighter and a dear friend of mine."
They also quoted Carter calling Arafat a "partner in representing the question of justice in the world."
Ok, this part is simple. If Carter thinks that Arafat was a "peace fighter" then Carter has either lost his marbles OR really does love terrorists because Arafat was a TEXTBOOK EXAMPLE of a TERRORIST. A "peace fighter" doesn't blow up innocent children etc.
Ghandi = peace fighter
Martin Luther King = peace fighter
Exactly how many people did they blow up? ZERO!!!

Oh really Mr Carter??? Well how about when Israel DID fulfill it's side of the agreement to give back the Gaza strip and as a reward was greeted by ROCKET FIRE within DAYS of turning that land over?
How about the Palestinians honoring their side of the agreements? For example the Gaza giveback agreement did not OBLIGATE the palestinians to begin firing rockets into Israel. In fact I'm pretty sure it required the OPPOSITE!! That agreement also GAVE several large greenhouses (worth literally hundreds of millions of dollars. 80% of the roses used in the Rose Bowl came from there) to the Palestinians so they could provide jobs for their people. Within 1 WEEK the Palestinians had DESTROYED those greenhouses and within a month were complaining about not having jobs!!!!
Why is it that we have NEVER heard Carter criticize the Palestinians?
