I can't believe you aren't going to sue over this. Why the hell not?! They screwed up. Do you realize how common a gallbladder surgery is? I had mine taken out. The doc told me that it is one of the more common surgerys. So if that's the case then he has no reason to have messed it up.

As far as being allergic to pain meds, did you know you were allergic to them before hand? You were in that car accident a couple of years ago and you were in the hospital. Did they give you different meds because you would have known then if you were allergic or not. And if they gave you the same stuff then you have a lovely little settlement coming to you. Unless this is one of those allergies you mysteriously develop. I know that happens to some people. One day they aren't allergic to anything and the next day BAM they are allergic to everything, like cigarette smoke! That really sucks.
