| I too hope you're going after the doc and the hospital. The actual malpractice is more than reason enough, but the threats they made toward you REALLY take the cake.
Now if you're waiting a little while to make sure you don't have to go right back in for complications, that I can see. But they really need to be held accountable for that mistake and the attempt to silence you.
when they succeed in silencing patients like that, it leads to a complacency which will ultimately end in someone dying for their carelessness, if not more than one person.
If you let them slide, you will be partly to blame for any deaths that result. Not to be harsh, but if you won't do it for yourself, do it for the future victims of their incompetence, complacency, criminal conspiracy to cover up malpractice, etc....
It's not just your right, it's your duty to nail them for that shit. |
