So Bert; I brought one of my PC's over to Aaron's place to replace his older recording PC. While I was setting stuff up Aaron and I were talking exactly about this subject matter. While we were chatting he plugged the Pod into his Tubeworks amp and his Peavey 4X12 and I was like wanna hear something sweet. Well after making me feel like a beginner guitar player with loads of riffs and sweet leads he hand me his guitar. It was like playing a frigging 6 string bass; oh my god he is using 13's on that damn guitar. Oh it sounds really great especially with the emg's but I swear that was bass strings on the E-A-D strings. Gotta be a little warped to put anything over 10's on a 6 string........... lol I tried to play a few things and finally bowed to his greatness and ruling over the 13's but I will kick his ass in the world of 10's and under....................... lol Any ways we were talking about doing exactly what you suggested Bert. I am waiting for the new amp (Friday it will be here) to see whats going on then Saturday Aaron and I will be riding to New Orleans to check out a few music shops and maybe one or two places on Bourbon street.
