Changed my mind about selling the setup. The Spider III does clean real good; we are talking Fender/Roland Clean. So clean it hurts so I have decided to keep the amp and thought about how I would like to set up the entire rig. So I figure both amps would be stacked on stage with the Marshall cab on the bottom, then the custom 2X12 then the Line6 head and finally the 5150 on top because its the biggest heat source. The setup will start out of the guitar going to the talkbox, then to a DOD A/B switch which will split to either amp. The floor effects are currently mounted in a SKB pedal board and will only go to the 5150. I will have the Spider set up with 4 banks of clean. Channel One of Spider III 150HD A = Clean with Reverb B = Clean with Chorus C = Slight Distortion with Tremolo (AKA CCR) D = Marshall JTM 45 Combo / Blues type distortion with slight delay or reverb for leads 5150 Head A = Rhy Distortion Pre Amp on 4 - 6 B = Distortion Lead Pre Amp on 5 - 8 Can't wait till practice on Saturday, I'm heading out early to set this all up. I am really excited about this setup it should sound good.
