| Suggestion, wait for the PA, loads of people out there with equipment already. Spend the cash on a real mic, a shure sm58 at the very least. Run something on CL and check some here looking to start a band. and finally practice practice practice, and I know its difficult to be a mom and try to do this, maybe next time arrange to have your sister to watch the children?
