I just wanted to say a few things on the Catastrophe. We had an event at the bar in September and now have another one coming up next weekend.

Jason is great! He basically let the Mississippi Rollergirls take over the bar. Let us skate all over the place. Set up booths. And run the show, basically.

I was really hesitant on having our event there because: a) there is a great lack of parking (we have 25 with us in skaters and crew), b) it is all the way out in gautier (most of us live in and around biloxi), and c) they are currently only sell beer (that would be a personal issue. ha. we hear by the new year that will change.)

However, when we got things kicked off...everything fell into place! Jason's staff was super nice to us. We even got to show a movie about roller derby during the event. The bands got to rock out. We made lots of $$ for the league. The turn out was way better than I thought it would have been. It really was a killer event.

We would have an event at Catastrophe any day!

We have never played there. We dont really play rock like they like. The place is awesome though. I have been there a couple of times. I hear the bands rock out the house. Nice workers and they have a cool website. Check them out!

Jason is open to any type of music. Just let him know that you are interested in playing and he will accomidate you.

That's cool, but we dont have orginal material. We're just a cover band having a jam out time. Now, if I had a chance of what music I could play and I would rock out with my own punk/rock band. But, seems that no one around here wants to do that. Centre Stage is a real fun band. I try and keep the guy on their toes.

apparently we get talked on here alot more than i thought we did.. i'm working on booking some shows and getting some things together.. i was thinking about booking Centre Stage for a while since i've been a fan of the band for many years now.. know thru my friends step-fater Phil Richardson.. so if you guys are looking to book a show at the Catastrophe..
