well. we went in there to Shockwave a couple of times to see some our friends bands playing there. Its seemed like a cool place. Our band got booked their one night then they said it was a mix up with another band then cancelled us. Then they rebooked us again for this weekend, then called today and said, oops..we had someone else booked and then cancelled us again. Dont think we are going to play there if they ask us again. Can't reply on people who keep changing their minds. We have other places we can play at.

I think they need to get their act together. Its a really cool looking place, just pisses you off when you could have had somewhere else booked.

Speaking about Castaways, we play there at least once a month. We like it...but it is very very smokey. We get 4 free drinks while we play from 10-2am. I have to admit, I haven't seen any drug use there. I barely see anyone going to the restrooms. We played there Saturday night and I had lots of friends out that night, It was fun, but I have admit that the dance floor is pretty small. The bartenders and the owner has been nothing but nice to us.

Just to let you know. That night that they cancelled us, they actually didnt even book a band that night. So...they actually didn't have another band booked with us, they LIED! Not sure what's going on with them, but ....we wont ever play there.
