Yeah, We get that some but most of our fans don't know about Rush. Great band, lyrics, and what vocals! Well that's our band name and the self titled album of the EP hope to have a catchy title for the first full album.
Y'all sound pretty cool, it was just a surprise - and then again, Rush didn't invent the term either! I am just a big Rush fan so it was the first thing I thought of. Best of luck with everything!
Thanks man, When we started the band we wanted a unique name and at the time never thought of Rush's album but we are fans of Rush also and love their compositions,bridges,and lyrical stories. Hope to stand with them one day as one of the influential rock bands. Well we can work hard at it and hope!
If RUSH and other progressive bands are your influence then you are off to a flying start. For the record however, I didn't think about Rush when I read the name.
