Guitarist/Singer Looking to Indie/Prog Start Band

I play guitar. I can play bass and keyboards as well. I write and sing. I'm into everything. But the sound I want to go for is along the lines of Thursday, Deftones, Radiohead, Death Cab For Cutie, Smashing Pumpkins, Joy Division, Sonic Youth, Tool, Circa Survive, At The Drive In. Sort of an indie rock/ alt. rock/ prog sound I guess. I like melodic stuff that has dissonance over it.

i want to put together about 5 songs and maybe 2 covers and start playing.

yea unfortunately wont be here forever, but ill be here til late AUG, so we got a summer to do stuff if ya want, i dont have a kit here, Do you have access to one? if not i can see about gettin mine sent down to me from back home, and if we can get to playin id love to, i mean music is such a positive thing to invest yourself in, and i have no life after classes and no plans on weekends, so im def dedicated if we can get something goin, let me know and we can see if we can get together, maybe show me some stuff you got in mind and we ll see if we can make somethin happen, later
