Help me learn how to use
Adobe Illustrator CS2.

I'm trying to learn how to make flyers for the band I'm in and
I'm no good at figuring out the HOW TO crap, on-line.

So here's the deal.
If anyone wants to come over to my house I'll take care of
the beer/crown
the food
and we can even jam
or play
Super NES (yea...i'm old school and cheap)

Anybody?

what's giving you the hardest time? Anything in particular?
have you tried using any of the templates? I've got CS3, and I see that it's got a band flyer template. Maybe you could start with that and see how things interact (if CS2 has it)?

I'd love to try to help, but I always used Photoshop for flyers- not the best approach I guess, but I understood it and could get it to do what I needed.
I've wanted to dig into Illustrator for a while now; you've motivated me to start learning it.
Going to start with that template and see what I can figure out.

I'm on the band flyer template now.
i don't know how to do a DAMN thing on this thing. lol!
All I want to do is make some basic flyers.

If it's supposed to say "this image or video has been moved or deleted" then great job!

Do they make a CS2 for Dummies book? I think they have them for everything else.
