Rep Power: 49  | Poison drummer arrested on rape charge Ricki Rockett, drummer with Poison, was arrested on rape charges after disembarking from a plane in Los Angeles on Monday (March 24). According to the Los Angeles Daily News, Rockett, born Richard Ream, was arrested after an alleged incident that occurred in Neshoba County, Mississippi, and has since been released from police custody. |

Rep Power: 23 | I read about this at Metal Sludge. He is accused of raping a girl in his hotel room at the Silver Star Casino in Philadelphia back in September of 2007. He was released without bond because Mississippi didn't seek to extradite him. Interesting... also, that is actually on the Choctaw Reservation, which might mean that it's not technically in the state's jurisdiction. The reservation is technically it's own sovereign nation. |
