I'm getting a bigger tattoo with my money.

ehhh basketball....any pro/amature sport for that matter.
its for people who have nothing else better to do with their spare time other than keeping statistics, bullshitting about sports.

i'd rather practice scales on muh bass.

I don't get into college sports like I do pro sports. However, I can understand how the college population out there can get into it.
I enjoy any competitive sport, and the college arena is most definitely competitive. I just haven't broken off deep into that realm. yet!

To say something as meaningless as that though, bert, is somewhat defeating to your overall attitude on this board. I know its your opinion, and you were probably not being that serious about it, but it comes across as being uncivil.... which is not productive and conducive to GCB growth...

I think all pro sports are overrated.
They are grossly overpaid.

overpaid, hell yeah, even if they made $500,000 a year, which is A LOT!!! would be far less than what they make now... Why should they get to make 4-5 million a year, or at least the average, which is over $1,000,000. oh well, I wish I would have stuck with baseball in high school, I could be on the other end of this conversation.... lol

I chose music instead.
What I don't understand is the sorry jokers that get hurt then are broke. Then the college education they supposedly earned are too stupid to use that and get a good job.

of course, if we were on the other end of this situation, we would be saying something completely different....

to their credit, they do, at least some of them, contribute to charities, communities, and families in need.

I myself wouldn't mind having the opportunity to give away millions to groups like that...and still be living the good life...
