Are women bad drivers?

Despite statistics pointing to males as the culprits behind fatal car crashes, we always seem to point the finger at women as being the more unstable drivers. With 77% of male drivers more likely to die behind the wheel then women, we wonder if the fairer sex has anything to do with it.

We've seen our fair share of makeup application, cell-phone chatter and general disinterest in the road ahead, so we think it's about time that women shape up or ship out if they're going to have the privilege of driving on the road with us. There has to be a reason 77% of us are dropping like flies on the road, right?

Or maybe it's because men are inherently opposed to driving the speed limit, using turn signals, wearing seatbelts, and checking mirrors/blind spots?

ride around with me then ride around with Lance. See who is in the wrong turn lane, takes the wrong exit, goes to the wrong bank more often. He just doesn't pay attention.

men take more risks and drive faster I think... they're more spontanous (sp). I HATE driving with Mark... at least once per trip my heart stops LOL

My husband is a total bitch when I'm driving. "You're going to fast", "Why are you in this lane?" GD it just makes me want to knock him the fuck out.

theproblem with men is that even if the car is
upside down
on fire
and going 100 mph
we think that as long as we still have the steering wheel in our hand....
we can control the car.

Last time i got a speeding ticket i went to the driving school class, and they showed a film that had a section on "road rage" and ways to avoid it.

I pretty much slept through the boring film, except for the statistic that said "Women account for 67% of road rage cases", and that its usually female on female. etc.

It said Women handle stress less efficiently than men (in most cases, but not all) and that women were more likely to physically altercate with another woman over a man.

(Maybe thats our only advantage as men with that "upper body strength" thing ?
Also, its nice to know that the only reason i didnt get my ass kicked the last time i cut some bitch off in traffic is because im a guy...)

It was then that I noticed that the instructor was a woman, and about 70% of the class was female.

Did you guys see the story yesterday where a 19 yr. chick with 3 kids in her car passed and old woman who was going to slow? She slammed on her brakes in front of her, making her stop and proceeded to beat the shit out of the 81 yr. old lady. She broke one of her legs in 14 places. If I'd seen it I would have taken a tire iron to that bitch.
