Rep Power: 30 ![]() | Rub it baby 1/4 cup Paprika Tbs Dark Brown Sugar Tbs regular sugar (garanulated) tsp dry mustard tsp celery powder tsp salt 1-3 tsp cheyenne powder (to taste) tsp onion powder tsp fresh ground pepper = RUB Should cover 6 racks of ribs, or so. i use ot on roasts too. I make it and keep it in a bowl so i have it on hand. of course, you can use or not use a couple of the items. i made some yesterday without the onion powder. you can't go wrong as long as you rub it into every little nook and cranny of your meat. |
