Who eats oysters?

I am curious as to who on this board eats oysters and how you like them served.

I like them steamed, sauteed (sp?) or in stir fry.

I dont' really care for the breaded deep fried or raw.

We buy them by the sack and eat them right out of the shell. I like them fried, steamed on the grill, in gumbo etc.

Mikey's on the Bayou serves them oh-so-fresh, and they are $5/dozen after 3pm.
