Rep Power: 10 | Zinc is important for metabolism, sexual maturation, and development. It is highly concentrated in the prostate gland. I don't think it has any effect on sexual arousal, just the health of your organs. (Yes, I googled it, out of curiosity(and also because I'm a physiology nerd)).
