Rep Power: 46 ![]() ![]() ![]() | Pickled Eggs Pickled Eggs 2 Tbs. Mustard 2 cups Vinegar(white or cider) 1/2 Cup water--1Cup Sugar 1 Tbs. Salt--1 Tbs Celary Seed 1 Tbs. Mustard Seed 6 Whole Cloves 2 Medium Onions, Sliced 12 Hard-Cooked Eggs In medium saucepan, blend mustard with a little vinegar; add remaining vinegar and next 6 ingredients. Cover; heat to boiling; simmer 10 minutes. Layer onions and eggs in a gallon jar or bowl with lid. Pour vinegar mixture over the onions and eggs. Refrigerate 24 hours. If you want more, double the recipe. |
