Rep Power: 44 ![]() | Chicken with Raspberry Sauce Oh, this was soooo good! 2 chicken breasts 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme 1/2 teaspoon ground sage 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 3/4 cups seedless raspberry jam 2 tablespoon orange juice 2 tablespoon wine vineger trim off the fat, rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts. mix the thyme, sage, salt and pepper and rub evenly over both breasts (the chicken's breast, not yours) Cook about 10 mins flipping one time, or until it's throughly cooked. Place on plates and cover and set to the side. Mix raspberry, orange juice and vinegar. Gentle boil for about two mins or until you get the desired consistancy. I made this with Zataran's Long Grain Wild Rice. Poured the sauce over the chicken and a glass of sweet tea. BTW, Lance got the wild idea to pour a little of this sauce over some Hersy Bars tonight. Perfect desert. This is super easy and Slamed pack full of flavor. |
